To strengthen operational efficiency and ensure integrated business management, Xsellence Bangladesh Ltd. implemented Odoo ERP, enabling streamlined financial processes, improved data visibility, and centralized workflow management to support Startup Bangladesh’s mission of building a robust and scalable startup ecosystem.

Role: Business Analyst

The Daily Star, the leading English daily in Bangladesh, has successfully modernized its business operations through a comprehensive Odoo ERP. 

The system has seamlessly integrated critical functions such as Advertisement Management, Circulation, Events, Purchase, LC, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, and Document Management, creating a unified digital platform.

JK Lifestyle (Odoo 18)

Multi-Company | Role: Business Analyst

Dr. Jahangir Kabir, a renowned expert in lifestyle modification and diabetes care, faced the challenge of managing diverse operations across his businesses.

- Integrated multiple departments including Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Accounting, eCommerce, Helpdesk, Hospital Management, Laboratory Information System, Gym Management, CRM, Marketing Modules and Custom Modules.

Challenges Faced: Before Odoo, Arham Agrovet struggled with scattered data, manual coordination between departments, inefficient inventory tracking, and time-consuming LC and accounting processes. The lack of integration across departments led to delays, errors, and a lack of real-time visibility.

Odoo ERP Solution & Impact: With the implementation of Odoo ERP by Xsellence Bangladesh Ltd., Arham Agrovet now operates on a centralized, integrated platform.

Role: Business Analyst

Kusum Bakery was an emerging regional chain of bakeries based in Keraniganj, Bangladesh, with a number of outlets selling their freshly baked products.
